If MathLib.prc is on my Palm IIIx, will this make iziBasic calculations more accurate?

Hello,

No, it won't change anything, because iziBasic uses another math library (the one provided for PP) which is indeed not as accurate as MathLib but with one huge advantage: it is natively included, no need for a 3rd party file like with MathLib.

Cheers

Hi,

The library used by iziBasic is IEEE 32 real compliant; Mathlib is a 64 bits lib.

If you want to use Mathlib, you need a PP Applet : see ppcompiler.org (PPMath Project) for more details.

64 bits computations are time consuming and most of time uneseful. If you do not intent to calculate how to send a spacecraft to Pluto, try the native iziBasic library first.

Thanks for confirming the difference between the two libraries. As I do not need to send anything to Pluto (yet ), I will stick with the native library.
