 Well you have 3 options...
1)I know that there is a version of the manual in the PalmDOC Format(Search the Boards)
2)There is an adobe acrobat reader for Palm
3)and the best... The new Documents to Go which can open native PDF Files

 And, there is even a 4th option
Use the new PalmPDF application which can read native PDF files for free (GPL application).
I have too much work right now, but I had planned to put an abstract of the user manual (pages related to statements and functions) online. I will try to do it by Christmas time.

 Found a solution 4, open the pdf, go to edit, select all, copy and paste it into microsoft word, the old documents to go should be able to convert it
