I downloaded BIRD, but only found the PRC file in the ZIP. Although I can mostly find my way round, it would be nice to have a manual to refer to. Is there one? Where can I get it?

Unfortunately, there is no user manual for BIRD yet
Anybody is more than welcome to write it
