Why is the output of tiny programs like hello so huge?(70-80Kb for three rows of commands!!!)Will it ever get smaller in future versions?

 If you look at the iziBasic manual, Appendix #8 lists the roadmap for future versions. The second of these items reads:

- Study the opportunity to split iziBasic's virtual machine (~73 KB) into several independent modules so as to decrease the programs size (only the required modules would be put in the PRC). But doing so would also slow down (in a non perceptible way though) the program initial loading…

which should answer both questions.
