New line character and a program to post |

Hello again.
I'm going to kill two birds with one stone here.
First question: How do you create or enter the new line character (the special P character) using the graffiti area?
I know I saw something in the forum about this, but I can't seem to find the info again.
Second Question: I've created a little game called Pocket Repeat, but I don't have a web site. If I sent you the code and Rsrc, would you post it so that others could give it a look. This way I could get some feed back and if others are interested in making games they would have a code example. Mind you, I'm not a great programmer and that's why I would like feed back.

Hello Leonard,
First answer:
There are different tools to get a chance to use all characters not shown in the virtual keyboard.
Here are those installed in my device:
AsciiChart
http://astro.uchicago.edu/~valdes/pilot
AsciiPopDA
http://www.freewarepalm.com/utilities/asciipopda.shtml
Tip: you are looking for decimal character 182 (or B6 in hexadecimal)
Second answer:
As Apdi2003 is also looking for some web hosting for his iziBasic applications... I might very well open a web site for all people like you to put their software made with iziBasic.
Then, what I ask to open your web page is:
1. an HTML page:
1.1. presenting your software
1.2. with a printscreen of the software (please, don't put too many images... my web space is not infinite!)
1.3. with a link to a ZIP for download
2. a zip file with the content
The URL will be something like:
http://izibasic.aldweb.com/[NameOfYourWish]/
The constraint is that I will not open your area to FTP, meaning you will always have to ask me to upload any change to your area.

Thank you for your kind words about my game, but it wouldn't be possible if you didn't create izibasic, so cheers to you and izibasic.
Thank you for the use of your web space to post the game.
Actually, the drive to create the game came from my son, he is only 3 weeks old and I was thinking about all the fun we would have, with the game, when he was old enough.
Hope you and your child will have fun playing the game together. |
