First of all, my english isn't wery good, so, sorry for my mistakes, and I hope you understand me.

I want to translate lang files of miniPortail to polish language. To correctly wieving polish hmmm "special" signs i must change codepage to "charset=iso-8859-2". My problem is: is possible to change codepage and how can I do this?
