Hello, The Sharp Pc-126x have a separate board for the memory chip. I have 2 question about it: 1-the memory board is connected to the main board by a soft rubber connector. This connector, when removed, can easily be damaged and is very sensitive to dust. I didn't succeed to find spare connector of this kind in electronic shop. Do you know where to find one ? These connectors are also used to connect the Sharp memory cards with other pockets, and in the HP-32s calculator. 2-there is a strange component in the memory board, which look like an Helwett-Packard 5x7 dot matrix ultraflat led display. I can send the picture for those interested. Do you know what could be the use of this device on the memory board ? All the best Pierre |

As I wrote directly to you, seems to me, it's from Agilent, 5x7 LED display. Best regards! Jürgen. |
