Ok... I got a bad problem here. I just got my new tungsten E2 yesterday, and now it won't turn on. I looked online and found that a lot of people have this problem, and I found instructions for opening my palm and fixing it, but it requires an expensive screwdriver for torx 5 screws, which we don't have... is there possibly any way to fix it other than opening it or maybe a more common screw that will work? Any input will be appreciated.

Hello Nate,

Anyway, without a torx screwdriver of the appropriate size and then cautious proceeding to not damage the delicate components in the device, it would not have been difficult to operate by yourself...

Cheers,

Ya but my dad would never let me get that screwdriver just for a palm... personally he hates them :D. And anyways we were able to talk to the person I bought it from about being DOA... he said charge it first, and it turned on. I haven't had problems since, though we may return it for another one anyways. Thanks for replying!
