Will NetLib support to allow network socket access be implemented?

If so, that would be excellent!

(If you do implement it, please include a timeout feature so that a hung socket doesn't hang the Palm. ^_^ )

This is not yet planned, but I also would love to have this network socket directly usable from iziBasic!
I am rather focusing on the Math Parser for next release. It is ready, developed and running. Now I have to torture test it to make sure I give you a great math parser feature

Meanwhile, PP plugins for iziBasic could be written to bring this networking functionality. If anybody does it, please let us know and share your work

 Yes, all upgrades (minor or major versions) have been and will remain free for registered users.

I often forget to mention it, because this is obvious to me... but not all software hobbyist vendors seem to have the same code of honor!

By the way, version 3.0 is on its tracks

 A hobby developer usually never gives a release date as he is sure to overpass it!

But, let's try anyway as I am pretty ahead on my planning: by beginning of next month.
